Candull, “the dullest candle you’ll ever light it’s almost like you didn’t even light it.” This is an exceptionally bad idea. What is the point of a candle if not to brighten your day?
A Candull is a candle in a tin can with weakest wick one can find. So why tin? Is it cause when you’re heartless you have a heart made of tin? That could be a reason. Really the reason I chose tin for this venture is because of the opacity. If you put your hand behind glass can you still see your hand on the other side? Yes! However, if you put your hand behind a tin can…CAN (pun intended) you see your hand? I think not.
Now…what wick should we use?
- A shoelace?
- A piece of my long strong hair?
- A piece of grass that you would usually try to whistle with by putting it between your thumb and index?
- A piece of thread?
hmmm…whichever is actually able to maintain a burn will do BUT it has to be the dimmest light you’ve ever seen. It HAS to be dimmer than my future /ᐠ｡ꞈ｡ᐟ\, dimmer than the chances of me getting a boyfriend 2.3 years ago in my period of single desperation, dimmer than the lights in a club where I actually look attractive to a guy who looks like George Clooney, do YOU GET what I mean???? DO YOU?
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS Candull?
You know those times where you’re just in a rut and you feel like you’re surrounded by darkness but you don’t actually want someone to be all positive and shove it in your face or give you some motivational crap and be all smiley? This is the candle you need during those times. Let this candle be that glimmer of hope that tiny piece of light that can help guide you to true self actualization. It starts with a small spark.
Leave this candle to burn slowly and in a dull manner as you play “Gravity” by Sara Bareilles.
