21, the ripe age of some silicon valley entrepreneur who’s going to make the next uber for the ~ insert industry ~ industry.
With technology not just on the rise but risen, consumer behaviour shifting from buying things to buying experiences, changing from calculating footprints in brick and mortar stores to calculating online conversion, business models of the past need to adapt to the present but most importantly be able to sustain what’s to come in the future.
So how do we help these businesses survive?
Let’s stop fighting millennials and complaining about how all we care about is our avocado toast and ginger tumeric matcha lattes, but embrace our vision and our dreamer like need to make a change in the future.

A pun on board of directors, we want you to stop being bored of your directors. Sure expertise in a field along years of management and governance experience is vital but how do we adapt our businesses to an ever changing business landscape? How can we not only act as mentors to future generations but also act as collaborators.
p r o d u c t:
Bored of Directors, an organization set up acting as a leeway between corporations, whether they are big and traditional, small and innovative, or a combination of both, and young motivated professionals looking to have an impact by joining these corporations’ board of directors. I’m not saying that experience and expertise isn’t valuable on your board, I’m saying that we can broaden our vision and view of what a board of directors for the future can look like.
Companies on the search for new board members can sign up for our online platform and young professionals can create profiles documenting their field, their experience, and what they hope to contribute.
Our revenue will be based on commission earned when a proper match is found between the company and the young professional. Just like tinder we are swiping right to an innovative future.

The logo of this brand is based on the classic arms crossed linkedin picture. Don’t act like you have no idea what I’m talking about…a quick google search can help jog your memory:
Nope I’m not talking about a bouncer, or 4 neutral/angry male poses, or a cartoon, or a decently cute shutterstock boy who’s very happy and flexing, or a camstock gal, but that boss lady with the black blazer looking intensely into the camera. Here’s looking at you girl.
My goal in life is to be on some website in the arms crossed pose. That’s when you know you’ve made it.
Don’t I look like a tech startup founder, where my profile has #InnovatetoCreate or #CreatetoInnovate or some tagline as such. High potential I will now change my Linkedin picture to this.
Let’s be honest I just asked my father to take a picture of me against a white wall in our house, but who would’ve known!
So let’s stop being bored of our directors, let’s collaborate, engage, and create the board of directors of the future.
